LATIN AMERICA

Empowering the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
On December 7th, 2025, the historic city of Antigua Guatemala became the stage for a transformative experience. Faith & Business Expo 2025 brought together young people and adults from the region for a full day of inspiration, learning, and real-world business training — all rooted in faith and purpose.
Under the theme "Empowering the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs," FBE Latin America created a space where the next generation didn't just dream about building something — they stepped up and started doing it.
Empowering
the Next Generation
of Entrepreneurs
This wasn't just a conference theme. It was a declaration. FBE 2025 was designed to equip young entrepreneurs with the tools, the mentorship, and the faith-driven mindset they need to turn their ideas into impact. From established business leaders sharing their journeys to youth presenting real business models in front of a live panel, every moment of the day was built around one conviction: the next generation is ready.

FEATURED SPEAKERS
FBE 2025 brought to the stage a powerful lineup of voices from across industries:
Jeremy De Leon — Founding President of PHRE Holdings, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with a bold, faith-driven approach to business across real estate, global trade, and hospitality.
Pastor Brian Warth — Founder and lead pastor of Chapel of Change, one of the fastest-growing multi-ethnic churches in America, and a powerful voice on faith, leadership, and purpose.
Krisante Gunewardena — VP of Engineering and Co-Owner of Mil-Spec Magnetics, bringing deep expertise from the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry.
Among others, attendees received direct mentorship, professional guidance, and real-world insight from leaders who have built businesses from the ground up — guided by faith.
One of the most memorable highlights of FBE 2025 was a live pitch competition inspired by the Shark Tank format. Five groups of young entrepreneurs stood before the FBE panel and presented their business models — real ideas, real numbers, and real courage.
These were the five ventures that took the stage:
B.F. Arte y Estudio — Handmade crafts, personalized gifts, and custom scale models for families, schools, and neighbors looking for something truly unique.
MAVIC — A direct-to-consumer pork meat business designed to eliminate middlemen, reduce costs, and bring fresh, quality meat to the community with a sustainable 30% profit margin.
Pollería El Buen Precio — A family-inspired poultry farming and sales venture, rooted in a passion for animal husbandry passed down through generations.
Huevos H&H — A retail egg business with wholesale growth ambitions, targeting families, local food businesses, and community stores seeking fresh eggs at fair prices.
Granja de Cerdos La Esperanza — A community-focused pig farming operation built to address local pork shortages, reduce dependence on outside suppliers, create local jobs, and deliver quality at accessible prices.
